FREQUENTLY
ASKED
QUESTIONS

How do I order my food + drinks?

Our main bar is traditional full-service, while our dining room utilizes QR codes. Our operation is based on a lean team and we don’t have traditional servers, but our bartenders are happy to answer any questions you have and will be running your food.

When you arrive, please let us know that you’re here and grab a seat—we’ll bring you water, menus, and the QR code that is linked to your specific seat or table. If QR codes aren’t for you or you have any questions, you’re welcome to place your order at the bar with a bartender!

We pride ourselves on being a great place to stop before your next meeting or event and in order to ensure we can get you where you need to go on time, we open a tab and pre-authorize your card at the beginning of your visit. This allows you to close out either digitally or with your bartender quickly and efficiently!

Do you allow laptops at Patron Saint?

Yes, we encourage you to enjoy the space during the morning and afternoon as a place to work remotely. We have outlets available at both the main bar and window. Wifi is available for customers.

Do you take reservations?

We do not take reservations and do not have a host. Please seat yourself on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are welcome to move tables together and we have extra chairs and barstools available. We also have a standing bar rail, that our bartenders service as well.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

We are in a historic, landmark building so our front entrance is not wheelchair accessible. However, the Harness Cycle entrance of the building on Church Ave is wheelchair-accessible and connects directly with our space. You are welcome to use their entrance when they are open. During their off-hours, our team will be able to meet you at that door, if someone in your party lets us know you’ve arrived!

Are you available for private events?

Yes! Please visit our Events + Catering page for more information.
